Little Jacks`s Seafood Restaurant and Lobster Pool in Hampton

A good portion of seafood in the captains platter. Very good not too expensive at$21. Veggie burger available for non-seafood eaters. Based slightly away from the more busy part, but on the main drag. Picnic tables, inside and upper floor outside deck dining available.

Food was good, the lady at the window could have been a bit more friendly, I felt like I was imposing on her.

Delicious seafood, beautiful top deck view of ocean front!! Quick service, as well as seat your self option. Bar available as well!! For people ate dinner at peak time/season for under $100-

It has excellent sea food!!! Will is the owner of Little Jack's... The waitress and hostess r warm and friendly!!! They make sure that u enjoy the food and the atmosphere!!! They're down north beach... Were u can still go 2 the beach and enjoy excellent food @ the same time!!! U should all check out Little Jack Restresant😀😀😀

We are local and go to Little Jacks frequently with family and friends. Love the views, atmosphere, the staff and especially the food. Haven't had a bad meal yet. Our favorite restaurant in the area!

Absolutely always a stop when I'm in the area! I have great memories of my father shucking twin lobsters when I was a kid. Now, I'm shucking the twin lobsters. In a time when everything seems to always be changing, it's great to know I have to place to revisit.

A little pricey but worth it....they offer a $50 seafood plate... awesome for four people... overall very good...

Quintessential New England seafood restaurant! Breading is fresh and light not at all greasy....seafood and fish fresh off the line.. for many many years this had been my favourite seafood joint and happy to say 30 some years later it is STILL the best.

For more than 30 years Little Jacks was our favorite go to place. We moved from the area to south of Boston and have returned several times a year for many years. The past two years it just hasn't been the same. The food is now just okay and the value now also questionable. Sadly, it is just no longer something special and worth the trip.

Nice and casual with near oceanfront views. Plenty of selection appropriate for being adjacent to State Beach. Good value.

I really enjoyed my lobster roll platter. You place your order outside and while you wait you can check out the lobster pool. The sandwich was so full the lobster was falling out. There wasn’t too much mayo, the flavor was just right. I was really happy with my meal and can definitely recommend this place.

This restaurant doesn't offer table service, you order at a window and pick your food and drinks up at another window. Great food, large portions and staff is very quick to clean your table for you. I had the prime rib and fish chowder and really enjoyed both.

Great place to eat have been here twice now and will make it a regular stop when ever traveling this way.

Good food and good service great atmosphere will return.

A friend recommended this place, walked for over an hour to get there, total dump. If I wanted to wait in line to order dinner I would go to McDonald's and the food would be better. I have been in this business for over 20 years and have never been treated so poorly, wouldnt come back even if it was free.

Staff was uninterested and bordering rude and it wasn't even busy. Got a $40.00 box of clams that was small in quantity and size. Was tasty enough that's why 3 stars.

Food was good, no table service... However the view from upper deck was wonderful got the outdoor seating in nice weather... Did find a hair in my food, was given a new meal and compensated for meal... But at $100 for 3 adults and one child to eat and 3 beverages ... That was my expected/anticipated response to this very unexpected discovery on my plate!!

Great seafood with deck seating. A great experience with some of the most delicious food. Very reasonably priced, their menu has everything for baked stuffed lobster and haddock to prime rib to chicken fingers.

Some of the worse fried seafood I've ever had. It had so much batter on it. I had fish belly clams and shrimp my husband had belly clams and only ate half of the order cause they were so over fried and grease soaked. We go to the coast all the time so we know what good seafood is all about.

Lobster on the open upper deck is a fine way to spend dinner

Big let down for me... I was hoping it would give me a view of the water while I was enjoying my lunch, but it might as well be miles inland - view was of a parking lot. Customer service was mediocre, perhaps because I visited in the middle afternoon when it was slow. Food was a disappointment - I ordered crab cakes that were mostly cake and was more expensive that average. And the kicker was the restroom, which was downright disgusting. Seems like I found a tourist trap.

Went to dinner Sunday evening July 16th at 8:15 - Spent over $120 between 3 of us. The steamers and lobster were delicious - Our fried food was under cooked and inedible. To top it all off - I went to order a drink and the girl (holding a handful of her cash) said we are all cashed out. They were still calling food orders over the speaker. NEVER AGAIN! what a waste of $. Plenty of places in the area to eat (good food) and get a drink with your meal.

Little Jack's, is a great place but know what kind of dining it is. It is not your typical restaurant. You stand at a window to order your food and get a number. Then you find a table and your number is called and go up to get your food on trays. You go to another window to order alcohol. You get your own ketchup, napkins, etc. So if you are OK with that type of dining experience then go! The upper deck is great, nice view, nice breeze. Plenty of parking too. Food is very good.

Excellent service,outstanding food with good portion size and personable staff. One of our favorite places to eat when in Hampton Beach.

Food was decent. Prices are very fair. People are friendly. Bathrooms were in much need of attention. On the fence on whether or not I would return or recommend. Probably would return based on the food and price. I think I'd find a bathroom elsewhere prior to going.

Loved this place for years until this year went there when it showed open on the website and when we got there had an open sign but was closed not once but twice then ate there and got a 1/2 clam and 1/2 scallop dinner for $25.00 the scallops were awful tasteless the clam strips were ok but maybe 4 of them the plate was mostly French fries then tried to talk to someone about it but all that was available to talk to were these very polite children. Went there for years went be back so disappointed what happened did it get sold
